AM Broadcasting

Radica prides itself on its experience in Low Power AM broadcasting. Since pioneering RSL's in 1984, we have completed hundreds of AM transmissions at sporting and other events throughout the country. Drawing on this vast experience we have developed an AM RSL system which is both reliable and easily transportable.

The system comprises of the Radica AM50 transmitter which is fed via an Inovonics 222 or 235 AM audio processor. The transmitter is matched to the aerial using the Radica AT50 Aerial Tuning Unit. All the equipment is housed in a specially converted trailer with an integral 10m pump-up mast. This is a self-contained stand alone installation and everything can be up and running within a few hours of our arrival on site. All that is required is a suitable clear, open location to site the trailer and the provision of one 13A or 16A power supply.
